Returns & Refunds

You can return any item purchased from Martin Appélt UG within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
     

  2. Please fill out the return form, included in your order and send the package back to us. Return costs must be payed by the customer. 
     

  3. We cannot offer credit or cash refunds.
     

  4. We will happily exchange an item of equal value or offer you store credit.
     

  5. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, you have to pay for the return delivery, the delivery costs for the new item will be covered by us. 
     

  6. All item purchases are final.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements

 

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • Product is defective

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

Sale and clearance items

 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping items

 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: Martin Appélt UG, Schwelmer Str. 15, 40235 Düsseldorf, Germany. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
